"Quick Battery Replacement Service"
Fast service for the battery rebuild, got it back in just a week. They even included a new charger since the old one didn’t work with the new BMS.

"No local store would assist me..."
No local store in my vicinity was willing to assist me with my Ebike battery since it wasn't a Bosch model. I stumbled upon this company online, and they recelled my original battery, making my Ebike feel brand new again. I’ll definitely use this service again and will be telling my friends and family about it.

"Assistance with battery and supply problems"
We needed a particular set of batteries, and County Battery Services came through when many others failed. Then, we faced a charging problem with one of the batteries, and CBS really went the extra mile to assist us! I’d definitely recommend them!

"County Batteries Has Truly Impressed Me"
I gotta say, I'm really impressed with County Batteries. I've always gotten my wife's stairlift and wheelchair batteries from them. Just came back after returning the stairlift batteries that didn't work, and they exchanged them for new ones right away, no questions asked. I inquired about some upgraded batteries and was ready to cover the extra cost, but they went ahead and did the upgrade at no charge, even apologized for the previous ones not working. Huge thanks to County Batteries! 😁👍

"Fantastic Battery Rebuild Experience"
I had my mobility scooter's battery refurbished by this company. The entire experience from beginning to end was truly outstanding. A courier picked up the battery, they rebuilt it, and it was sent back to me, all in under a week! They also checked my charger and discovered it wasn’t functioning properly, so they made me a new one at no cost, which saved me a bunch of cash since it’s a pretty unique charger.
The battery performs better than ever and has really improved how far I can travel.
I’d definitely choose this company again!

This company is truly fantastic, even when I faced some battery problems. They were absolutely wonderful! Honestly, 5 stars doesn’t do them justice. They offer well-known battery brands at super low prices and have excellent customer service.

"Refurbished Battery for Luggie Scooter"
I had a Luggie scooter battery sitting on my scooter for two years. Clearly, I didn’t bother to check the instructions, which led to a totally drained battery. I was bracing myself to shell out a hefty sum for a new one, but County Batteries fixed it up for way less than I expected. I can’t recommend this company enough. Don’t fall for those sketchy businesses. You can count on this company to handle things right, with skill and speed.

"Mark at the Ilkeston Store is..."
Mark at the Ilkeston store comes off as condescending towards women, assuming they don’t know a thing about cars and batteries. Two mechanics who are experts in batteries both confirmed the same issue with the battery my mum bought, yet this guy insists they’re lying and that he knows better than two qualified mechanics. His attitude is sexist and downright misogynistic, and this isn’t the first time he’s talked to my mum like that. Seriously, what’s the use of having a warranty if he just dismisses the trained mechanic as a liar and insists the battery is perfectly fine!

"My Experience with TravelScoot Battery Repair"
Last April, I shipped off my TravelScoot lithium battery since it wouldn’t recharge. A brand new one would’ve set me back around £800. Luckily, County Batteries refurbished mine for just £240, and it worked like a charm. Recently, though, I ran into a big issue with that same battery. I reached out to County Batteries, and they made it super easy—sent me a returns label, and within a week, I had it back under warranty, working like a dream. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.
